Freedom of Information Requests (MFIPPA)

The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) gives you the right to ask for some information retained by Grey Sauble Conservation Authority.

If you are looking for information on the purchase of a property or development regulations on a property of interest, please reach out to our Environmental Planning Department using this form.

We might take up to 30 days to collect the information you're asking for, once we have the application and the fee. If you are asking for a lot of information, we may need an extension.

MFIPPA allows the Authority to charge fees:

  • Application fee $5.00
  • Manual record search $7.50 for each 15 minutes spent searching
  • Record preparation $7.50 for each 15 minutes spent preparing the records
  • Photocopies $0.20 per page
  • Flashdrives $10.00 per drive

    • – Holland Centre Management Area – Compartment 62 (Highway 10, just north of Holland Centre
