GSCA will maintain its fee schedules and prior to any changes to the fee schedule(s), will notify the public of the proposed change in a manner GSCA considers appropriate, as per the regulations.

Grey Sauble Conservation owns a large library of aerial images of our watershed. These libraries include:
• 1954 digital and hard-copy
• 1978 digital and hard-copy
• 1991 digital and hard-copy
• 2006 digital orthophotography, 30 cm resolution, spatially referenced and corrected
• 2010 digital orthophotography, 20 cm resolution, spatially referenced and corrected
Prints of these images are available upon request:
• All regular size (8.5 X 11) prints of air photos are $10
• Larger format (up to 42" wide plot, variable length), $5.00 per sq.ft. ($10 minimum)
The cost to purchase digital Orthophotos is $50/1 Km tile.
Digital photos (not spatially referenced) acquired via email or flash drive are $10 each.
Grey Sauble Properties & Permitted Activities Map - $10.00 + $1.00 postage.
Mapping Services range from $50.00 to $100.00 per hour.

Professional Advice (All Services)
- Call for a quote: $100.00/hr (non-refundable fee)
Forest Management Planning - According to MFTIP Standards
- Full Plan Preparation: $20.00/acre ($750.00 min. fee)
- Plan Upgrade & Approval: $100.00/hr (call for an estimate)
Tree Planting Services
- Machine Planting: $0.80/tree (Min. 2000 trees, $1600.00)
- Hand Planting: $1.15/tree (Min. 1000 trees, $1150.00)
- Administration Fee: $0.55/tree
- For tree planting projects, a minimum fee of $0.20/tree will be applied to all projects.
A deposit is required for all tree planting projects. The deposit is required once the Landowner Agreement is signed and will be equal to the cost of the trees planned for the project. If a project is cancelled after the agreement is signed and on or before January 23 2026, the deposit less 10% will be returned. This 10% holdback is to partially cover staff's investment in the project. If a project is cancelled after January 23 2026, the full deposit will be retained by GSCA.
Vegetation Control
- Machine Spraying: $0.60/tree (Min. 2000 trees, $1200.00)
- Hand/Backpack Spraying: $0.75/tree (Min. 1000 trees, $750.00)
Tree Sales
- Seedling order administration fee: $35.00/order (non-refundable)
- Landscape order administration fee: $2.50/tree (non-refundable)
A 50% deposit is required at time of ordering for all tree sales. Orders cancelled on or before January 23 2026, the deposit, less the administration fee, will be returned. Orders cancelled after January 23 2026, the deposit will not be returned. This is due to stock turn back dates set by nursery partners.
Other Services
- Tree Marking: $65.00 per acre (Min. 10 acres, $650.00)
- Contract Management: $100.00/hr (Staff will provide estimate)
