2021 Fees

Grey Sauble Conservation owns a large library of aerial images of our watershed. These libraries include:  

• 1954 digital and hard-copy 

• 1978 digital and hard-copy 

• 1991 digital and hard-copy 

• 2006 digital orthophotography, 30 cm resolution, spatially referenced and corrected 

• 2010 digital orthophotography, 20 cm resolution, spatially referenced and corrected 

Prints of these images are available upon request: 

• All regular size (8.5 X 11) prints of air photos are $10 

• Larger format (up to 42" wide plot, variable length), $5.00 per sq.ft. ($10 minimum) 

The cost to purchase digital Orthophotos is $50/1 Km tile. 

Digital photos (not spatially referenced) acquired via email or flash drive are $10 each.  

Grey Sauble Properties & Permitted Activities Map - $10.00 + $1.00 postage. 

Mapping Services range from $50.00 to $100.00 per hour. 

2019 LiDAR data and 2019 stereo pairs are $250/square kilometer. View these study area and tile selection map here.

Tree Seedling and Landscape Stock

Tree Planting – we can plant them for you! 
  • Machine Planting - $0.55/tree ($1,100.00 minimum fee)
  • Hand Planting - $0.95/tree ($950.00 minimum fee) 

Forest Management Services
  • Professional Advice Fee (call for a quote) -$150.00
  • Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program (MFTIP) 

Full Plan - $13.00 per acre for the first 100 acres: $6.00 per acre thereafter ($500.00 minimum fee). 

Plan Upgrade & Approval (call for an estimate [$80.00 per hour]) 

  • Tree Marking - $60.00 per acre ($600.00 minimum fee)
  • Tendering - $155.00 Flat Fee 
  • Contract Management - $155.00 per site visit ($310.00 minimum fee)  

Vegetation Control 
  • Simazine Spray - $0.35/tree ($350.00 minimum fee) – call for a quote
  • Round-up Spray - $0.55/tree ($550.00 minimum fee) – call for a quote

  • Memorial Forest: purchase a tree in memory of a loved one in our Memorial Forest for $75.
  • Membership - $50
  • Earth Film Festival (Fundraiser): Thursday April 22, 2021. Tickets must be purchased at Roxy Theatre

Donations are graciously accepted through credit cards, debit or cheque. We are a registered charity and offer Tax 

Receipts. You can also make a donation through Canada Helps Org.

Property Closures:

    • – Eugenia Falls is now closed for the fall/winter season 
    • – Indian Falls is closed due to flooding on the trails.

Please note that we are currently operating at a temporarily reduced capacity while also experiencing a high number of applications and inquiries to our Environmental Planning Department at this time. Please use our contact form only for inquiries related to planning and development permits. Inquiries must include all requested information for a response by a planning staff member.


The GSCA office is open again to the public. The lobby will be open between 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm (Monday-Friday) for individuals to drop off items, pick up any necessary materials, and to pay for services. COVID-19 self-screening will be required prior to entering the building and masks are mandatory. Meetings with staff will be by appointment only starting on October 18, 2021.

Some GSCA staff will be working remotely and may not have access to office phones.
