Hibou Conservation Area welcomes you to its sand beach, pavilions, and 2.5 km of hiking trails.   Hibou is a 108 hectare day-use property overlooking the beautiful waters of Georgian Bay.

There is a large pavilion and a small pavilion available to rent on-site.  These can be reserved within the calendar year of the event by calling our office at 519 376-3076.

There is a day parking fee of $6.00 or season’s passes may be purchased (that provide unlimited access to all open properties) for $40. Fees can be paid using your cell phone at Hibou or pay from home before you go at Mackay Pay  (select zone 3006 for Hibou to purchase day or full season’s pass).

In 2014, the Friends of Hibou formed to assist with trails, boardwalks, beach work and more!   Their accomplishments at Hibou have been significant.  Thank you Friends of Hibou!!!  If you would like to volunteer, please contact them at  www.friendsofhibou.com
