About the Project
Thank you to the Optimist Club of Sydenham and District for their amazing fundraising efforts that brought an inclusive playground to Hibou Conservation Area! This would not have been possible without the generosity of the donors, volunteers, and overwhelming community support for this wonderful addition to Hibou.
The Vision
The playground has many accessible features, such as braille installations and a "freedom swing" that has extra support. The playground is an inclusive space for everyone to enjoy at Hibou Conservation Area and benefits the entire community!
