GSCA’s 2025 – 2035 Strategic Plan
This 10-year roadmap will help us leverage our passion for the environment, expertise, and vision for the future, while considering the needs and interests of our communities.
The plan sets clear priorities to guide decisions, allocate resources effectively, and strengthen collaboration with partners. With a clear roadmap in place, our Staff and Board of Directors can make targeted decisions, allowing GSCA to deliver effective programs and services that support a healthy watershed with thriving communities.
Developed through an extensive public and stakeholder consultation process, the plan captures the valuable input we received and outlines how GSCA will monitor, report, and adapt over the next decade to ensure lasting impact.

What We Do
Grey Sauble Conservation Authority (GSCA) conserves and manages natural resources, protects communities from natural hazards, and shares information about the environment to educate and inspire others. We own and manage nearly 29,000 acres of land and 150 km of trails for residents and visitors to explore that are home to thousands of species of plants and animals!
Under the Conservation Authorities Act, we must deliver the following mandatory programs and services:
- Mitigation of the risk of natural hazards (flood, erosion, dynamic beaches)
- Management of GSCA-owned lands
- Drinking Water Source Protection
- Groundwater and stream monitoring (water quality & quantity)
- Delivery of a Watershed-based Resource Management Strategy
